Hi everyone!
The last day to make final updates to your order is October 23, 2020. After this date, we will lock your reward selections and charge cards for add-on item purchases, pledge upgrades, and pre-orders. You can update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping.
If you haven’t answered your survey yet, if you fill out your BackerKit survey or pay for extra shipping after the 10/23/20 order due date, we’ll still receive your information but your shipment may be delayed.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://the-drop-redefining-portable-power.backerkit.com/

Hello everyone!
We're getting closer and closer to fulfillment, but before we do, we need to finalize your pledge details and collect shipping info (this is very important)!
You should have received an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like.
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https:// [project name].backerkit.com.
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at https:// [project name].backerkit.com/faq.

As the campaign nears its last few hours (RIP), I wanted to post an update to thank everyone for supporting our campaign. It's been a journey, and we're so happy to see your interest and we can't wait to get the DROP & DOCK into your hands. That said, here is a quick rundown of what the post-campaign process will look like.
- First, we'll need to wait for Kickstarter to transfer over the funds (this can take up to 2 weeks).
- Second, we’ll send out a BackerKit survey to collect shipping information, and give you an opportunity to add on any more items you might want at the Kickstarter price.
We’ll give you a heads-up before we send the survey so that you can watch for it. You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation email contains a link to your personal survey. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since we need this information to process your rewards.
If you need to change your survey responses, purchase add-on items, or update your shipping information, you can click the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page. (This page will only start working after we send the surveys out.)
If you prefer, you can contact me directly and give me your information, but answering your survey helps us get your rewards out to you faster. BackerKit helps us save lots of time by streamlining the survey process, automating data organization, and providing us with pledge management software to make it easy to process your pledge reward shipments.

Hi all! Lydia here, giving you your first official Kickstarter Update! Thank you so much for being true believers and backing us so early — because of you, we've reached our funding goal in 5 hours! Honestly, much faster than we expected. If I could, I'd send each of you a delicious taco. You're the best :)
